Kiwanis of Central Ridge-Crystal River,FL

Kiwanis is a global organization of volunteers dedicated to changing the world one child and one community at a time.

There are more than 9,000 Kiwanis clubs in more than 80 nations, with nearly one third of a million Kiwanians of different cultures helping to improve peoples lives..
Kiwanis of Central Ridge Crystal River is an active club with about 25 members. We contribute to a variety of youth oriented activities in the Central Ridge- Crystal River area.

-We sponsor the Crystal River High School Key Club and the Citrus Springs Elementary School K Kids Club.
-We organize the Not Home Alone Dinner on Christmas Day in Beverley Hill.
-We help with the Beverley Hills Holiday Parade.
-We cook for the Key Club B-B-Q .
-Sponsor RIF (Reading is Fundamental) in local Elementary Schools.
-We present an ACT/SAT prepartion class for students at Crystal River High School.
-Each year we award 4 scholarships at Crystal River High School to help deserving high school seniors continue their education.
-and other activities that support area youth.
